- I think that the construction industry really is undergoing a huge transformation. As we move away from our old paper processes and adopt these digital workflows, it's really going to help us be more productive out there in the field. Now, I do think that as we adopt these digital workflows and these new processes, it's going to take some effort on the part of everyone involved, the construction manager, the general contractor, the owner, the architect, the subcontractors. And in the case of what we've been talking about here in this course, so construction submittals, I think that it's the general contractor that's going to have to drive the adoption of these new workflows. So I would really encourage those of you that are construction managers for general contractors to think about that and think about how you can drive some of these changes. Remember, you're going to have to sit down and talk to the rest of your team. You can't just spring these new workflows on them. It's going…
