The LinkedIn Learning admin homepage gives you access to the features you need to succeed. In this video, learn about the look and layout of the new LinkedIn Learning homepage.
- [Narrator] Before we get started, let's take a quick look at the new LinkedIn Learning admin homepage. As well as the improved navigation bar. First I'll navigate to the admin homepage. From my LinkedIn Learning account in the upper right, I'm going to click Go to Admin. If you don't see this button you do not have admin privileges for your account. When I click on that, it brings me to the admin homepage. Here you'll notice the activation progress tracker that let's you know whether or not your licenses have been activated. The goal here is to get this all the way full. Down below you'll have some access to some great resources, including the customer success center, the learner engagement playbook and workplace learning report. As an admin, it's important to not only get the LinkedIn learning platform set up and ready but also to make sure that the learners are activating their accounts and then engaging with the content. These resources will not only help you get LinkedIn learning set up but also provide some best practices to get users engaged. At the top, we have the navigation bar. At any time if you click on the LinkedIn Learning logo in the upper left, it will return you to the admin homepage. Next I have the people tab. Notice that when I hover over these tabs the drop-down options appear. First the people tab, we can access users, groups and admins. Next to this is where we can access content. And next to that is where we can access reports that give you access into data and analytics about your organizations usage, including recommendation history and the ability to download custom usage reports. Next to this we have the search bar, which allows you to search for people, groups and content from any page. To the right of the search bar, we have the new add button. Which allows us to quickly add learners as well as content. Then the help button, which will help you to answer some questions if they come up. When you click on it, you can access the help center as well as the customer success center. And then we have the profile icon. And from here I want to make note that the settings have been moved to the profile tab. Here you can access integration and global settings. You can go to learning as well as sign out of your account. So that's a quick look at the LinkedIn Learning admin homepage.
