Modify basic workbook properties

- [Instructor] Workbook properties contain information that is both inserted by the system and also inserted by us the user. After watching this video you'll know how to view the system properties and how to use custom properties to add more information about your document for your users. Let's jump right in to our Properties document and take a look at what is currently in there. We'll go to File, and on the right-hand side we see all of our properties. Now the ones that you see for size that's a system property. Our computer system keeps track of the current size of a document. Other system properties are the last modified date and time, the created date and time, and also the date and time of when the document was last printed will be visible. Whoever creates the workbook is inserted as the author and also the person who modified the document last is also inserted by the system. Let's go and look at all of the properties for this document.
