(upbeat drumbeats) - One of the fun things about being in the Dave Matthews Band is having the freedom to express yourself on your instrument. And as you saw just a few moments ago, I touched base on some of those different expressions by giving and example of some of those songs that we play, how different they could be, but in the same breath, stay within the contents of the band and what the band is all about. I've tried to emphasize to a lot of the kids that are coming up, the young players, that it's important to study and listen to all different types of music in all forms, because it's something that's only going to better your playing.
