- Here's a hack I learned after years of listening to creative notes at feedback meetings. What they say is important, but how many times they say it may be even more important. Let's face it. Someone giving you notes on your project has a lot on their mind. They may be thinking not just about what changes they'd like to see, but what changes their boss told them they want to see. Plus there's all the other important stuff they need to remember, like whether they ordered the cobb salad or the vegan reuben for lunch. Bottom line, a lot of note giving is driven by the subconscious. A subconscious that will repeat keywords and phrases without the note giver even realizing it. Ever hear of a word cloud?
