Installing roles from Ansible Galaxy
- [Narrator] We're going to install a role now from ansible galaxy browse to galaxy.ansible.com and type Apache into the search box. Then click on filters and then click on the filter, by and choose role. Now click on the top choice. If you're using a web browser on your VM, then you can click the copy to clipboard icon to the right of the installation line. If you're not using a web browser on your VM, you can type the command in manually. Now go to your terminal on our choice one and type in ansible dash galaxy space install space, geerlingguy dot Apache and hit enter. We can see in the outputs of the archive was extracted to a hidden directory in my home called dot ansible on the ansible galaxy website. It shows which versions of this role are available.
