- [Instructor] We're starting a new chapter now in our AutoCAD: Using the Command Line course, and we're going to be looking now at customizing the AutoCAD Command Line window. Now, you may think that you can't customize it. How can you customize a command line where you just type in commands? Well, there's quite a lot of settings that you can actually change on the AutoCAD command line. Now, we've got a new drawing for you. It's called Customizing.dwg, fairly self-explanatory. It looks the same as the other drawings. That's because we're not really drawing in this course. We're looking at settings of the AutoCAD command line. So we've got a new drawing there, Customizing.dwg, as I mentioned. You can download it from the exercise files in the library to follow along with the videos. So command line is at the bottom of the screen where I prefer it to be. It's up to you where you place it. And I've got my Dynamic Input also switched on on the status bar down here.
