- [Narrator] Let's consider some of the aesthetics of infographics, beginning with the color. Choose a color that reinforces the message. So an infographic about coffee will feature a palette of browns. An infographic about recycling, a palette of greens. Consider, but don't be limited by, these typical color associations. Many successful infographics use a limited palette of two or three colors. This example uses a wide range of colors. But each section is made to stand out by the use of a dominant color and tints of that color. For color inspiration, check out color.adobe.com and COLOURLovers, that's COLOUR with a u, where you can create color themes. When it comes to the typography, these are some of the things we need to consider. We need to make sure that there's enough contrast between our type color and our background color.
