- Understanding who will communicate what and when is a critical part of good internal communication. During times of uncertainty, this becomes even more important. That's because uncertainty brings with it a level of chaos and without planning, that chaos can take your consistent communication off course very quickly. So how do you identify the right communicators and channels of communication? The first step is to be very thoughtful about matching the communicator with the topic that's being communicated.
