- These days, not only do customers want to be able to buy from you online, but they expect it. So, really think about your website and be honest with yourself. And decide if your website is doing as good of a job as it can to help people buy from you. And the first thing to think about is does this even answer all the questions that someone might have about my products or services? When people buy something, they do that because they feel confident, and if they don't have all the information they need, if they don't feel confident that they know what you're selling them, they're not going to buy. Your website should be able to answer any question that they have. And the second point is your website needs to look trustworthy.
