- [Instructor] Many people have their own key methods. Here are a few of the most common, quick ways, of relaxing without having to go to yoga camp. So relax your tongue, let it go loose in your mouth. Relax your eyes, your eyelids, and the muscles around your eyes. Relax your diaphragm and your upper belly. Let your breathing be soft and easy. Imagine being in a very comfortable setting, letting the muscles of your back and your arms and your legs relax into the chair, the chair holding you, no need to tense up. Feel everything draining out of you and sinking deep into the earth, letting yourself be truly grounded, letting go.
