- Most companies have mission statements and values, and these are a great place to start the conversation about what virtues you, whether you work for a company or as an independent designer, aspire to. To give you a real world example here at LinkedIn we have six values every employee must adhere to. Members first, relationships matter, be open, honest and constructive, demand excellence, take intelligent risks, and act like an owner. These values are concrete manifestations of virtues the company and its employees work towards, and we can map them to Vallor's technomoral virtues.
