A creative endeavor like this requires one important expectation, and that is trust. So let's take a look at one of the questions we asked on the creative brief, specifically question number 10, aesthetic tolerance. Do you have the capability to accept a design direction appropriate for your company, product or service or target audience that you might not like personally?
