- [Narrator] Here are some suggestions for data sources. These are somewhat US-centric but you should be able to find equivalent sources for where you live. Data.Gov covers such topics as agriculture, climate, and health. Many of the datasets can be downloaded in Excel format. The Office for National Statistics, or ONS, is the UK's largest independent producer of official statistics. Census.gov covers aspects of the US population from income to demographics to education. Google Public Data is a directory of official public statistics. Weather Underground has, as its name suggests, weather forecasts and also historical weather data. The World Health Organization website provides a wealth of information on global health issues. And much of this data can also be downloaded in Excel format.
