Creating a LUT from a color reference target in Premiere Pro

- Now that you have the hand of making a LUT, let's go ahead and explore making a LUT that's more accurate by using a color reference target. Now, let's switch sequences here and we'll take a look at an advanced way of creating a LUT. I've placed color reference chart in and we're going to use this information. To make is simpler let's crop in on that chart. So, from the effects category I'll type in the word crop. Now, let's just crop that in and what I'm trying to do is get the basics of the shot. Another cool choice here is at the bottom you can choose zoom. This will scale this up so it's easier to see. Now, let's bring up our scopes and I can see what's happening here on the scopes pretty accurately. For example, I notice that this was not using the full dynamic range and that it's a little underexposed. I see the colors are almost hitting the targets but they're not quite as saturated as they could be. So…
