Creating a LUT or a Look with Adobe Premiere Pro

- If you're working in Adobe Premiere Pro, it's very easy to create your own LUTs. If you watched our last chapter, you learned the basics of this, but let me show you a few extra options. With a clip selected, in this first timeline, I see all the properties. Additionally, you have the option to add things like a vignette, and take advantage of other controls under Creative, such as the ability to sharpen. Now, at the top, you can click and choose to export. The .cube format is going to create a standard .cube file that works with other applications, like Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut 10. But if you choose to export a .look, this is an Adobe-specific LUT. This allows you to store this, and so I'll call this Dive, and store the Lumetri Look.
