Create alpha
- [Instructor] Now we're gonna look at creating an Alpha attribute on our particles. Again driven by our color ramp that we had coming out of the particles originally. So we're gonna do, we've created our P-scale point vop here, I'm just gonna make another one, so I'm gonna go point vop. And let's call this one create_Alpha. I'm gonna color that green. Alright. So we're gonna go inside here, and this one's gonna be a little bit even simpler in that we are going to do our good old vector to float, connect that to CD just so we can get one channel of color to drive our ramp. I'm gonna make a ramp parameter. I'm gonna drive it with that. I'm gonna open up the parameters, we're gonna call this Alpha_ramp and it's going to be a spline ramp. Okay, so now I'm gonna do a molt. Out of the end of that. I'm gonna middle mouse click on the second input. Promote parameter, open up this little pen, hit the P key. I'm gonna call this Alpha_malt.
