- [Instructor] So far, we've touched on the basics of Cloud Native, its evolution, and why you'd want to transition to a Cloud Native based infrastructure. However, what are the significant considerations you need to take into account when making a move to the Cloud Native world? In my experience, most enterprises have five general concerns on this topic. Some of these are technical, whereas others are related to people and the organization. Let's take a look. The most common use case for Kubernetes is to run microservices on top of the platform. This might be either building brand new applications using a microservices based approach, or refactoring a monolith into smaller services. Either way, there is some amount of confusion on how to go about building microservices and best practices associated with them. The idea of DevOps and SRE also come up a lot.
