(upbeat music) - While pregnant with her second child, Candace Nelson, the founder of Sprinkles Cupcakes, was frustrated at not being able to satisfy her midnight cupcake cravings. So her world of baking, borrowed an idea from the world of banking, because banks allow people to get access to their money 24 hours a day using an ATM, so in 2012 she decided to create the world's fist cupcake ATM and it was a raging success. There are now 35 of them all of across America. This is a great example of learning from another industry, because there is a chance that the problem that you're trying to solve has already been solved elsewhere and being the first to adopt an idea from another industry, can be a great way of getting a competitive advantage.
