- [Instructor] Let's move on to the color mixer controls, which are great for emphasizing certain areas in an image. We'll come on over to Color and click to open the color mixer. What you'll see here is the ability to change how this works. Let's start by working with just the color option. In this case, you'll see several blocks targeted. So, for example, I can choose red and easily adjust that entire red area, pulling down the luminance, decreasing or increasing the saturation of that zone. If I chose the yellow here, I could roll that to more of a gold color and darken it, and you see the shifts. This works really well and it allows you to pick particular zones for emphasis. And as you see, you can start to make the shifts. If you're not sure which one to use, you can also take the targeted adjustment here and go after a particular zone.
