Accidentals
- Accidentals are symbols used to alter the pitch of the note. A sharp raises the pitch of the note by a half step, a flat lowers the pitch of the note by a half step, and a natural cancels any previous accidental. Accidentals are always written to the left of the note head. Now, we can show you all of the pitches on the guitar fretboard.
