Using the polling feature
- A common challenge when leading large groups on your Zoom calls is gathering information. When you have just a few members it's often as simple as just asking people to raise their hands. But if you have multiple participants on your call, especially if you're dealing with 15 plus, and also if you want to poll people with multiple options for a single question, or you have multiple questions, this is where Zoom's Polling feature can really come in handy. First of all, before we jump on a call, I want to walk you through a few key settings. We're here at our home Profile page. I want to go to the Settings tab, I'm going to go to In Meeting Basic, and I, first of all, want to scroll down. You'll see I have the Polling feature enabled here, so if I go to my Zoom window I have the button down here.
