- [Instructor] So the first step into modeling our coffee table, is to create those really deep creases that we saw in the reference lessons. So one good technique first to achieve that is by creating a mask. So let's understand how mask works inside of ZBrush Okay, so if I press Control on my keyboard, you can see that I have my Mask Mode selected. If I press Shift, I get to this move. If I press Alt, I invert what I'm doing. And if I press Control, I have mask. Also, if I hold mask and I press Alt, I'm going to remove the mask. So if I release Alt, I have the Add Mask Mode. You can see that I'm painting a mask here. If I press Control and Alt I'm going to invert what I'm doing. So I'm going to remove my mask.
