Introduction to lights and rendering
- We have our character painted and posed just how we want him, so now we need to set up a three-point lighting system. We'll have a key light, a fill light, and some type of backlight. The whole purpose of these lights is to show off all the work that we've done. Before we take our monster into Photoshop, we want to make sure that he's lit appropriately. We'll set up the correct intensity levels, and I'll show you how to light this character in such a way that makes him really stand out from the backdrop.
