…When someone turns in a great performance, or…makes a comment that has people stop and ponder, or simply posts a picture of…something that they saw that was magnificent, it's easy to just say, Like.…But if it's a little more than that, if what they've done is more spectacular than…that, then turn on the praise, and this is easy to do in Yammer.…If I want to praise someone, I click the Praise button.…Who would I like to praise?…I can praise an individual, or I can praise a team.…
