Community admins can also rearrange the order of items by pinning something to the top, so it's always noticed when people come into the community, and they can close comments on an item. So for example, let's look at this question, this poll. What is the most important upskill focus this year? So, while we're having a poll, maybe for a couple of days, I'm going to post this poll at the top and the way I'll do that is I'll pin it. There it is, pinned to the top. Now, it's got a little pin icon, everybody can see that, and only admins have the ability to unpin this. Another reason it's good to have more than one admin, because otherwise we'd have lots of communities with stuff pinned to the top by former admins who have now moved on to other organizations.
