But before we do, Visual Studio hopefully popped up this update notice, letting me know that Visual Studio for Mac has an update available. Now by default, this is just going to get downloaded in the background and I could choose to install them now or later. This will pop up pretty regularly, just why I wanted to show you this. And often, you have a long list here of updates including Xamarin.Android, Xamarin.Mac or Xamarin.iOS. And you could choose to update those when it makes sense. Keep in mind, that usually those updates provide support for newer versions of the operating systems for Android, iOS and Mac. If you don't need that support, you don't see specific fixes that address problems you have, you may not need to update right now.
