Learn how to embed a native Android RatingBar control in your page and bind it to the view model.
[Instructor] Now I wanna go back to my order form,…and when we're on the Android platform, I wanna add…a rating bar.…So we'll come right down here, above that…iOS segmented control, we're gonna use Droid,…RatingBar, so that points to our name space…we declared up there at the top.…I can set some properties here…that are specific to this control.…So the NumStars is five, say the StepSize is one,…and we can put it in grid row three again.…
And then I can do some of the views,…so the horizontal options, and the vertical options.…Set the horizontal options equal to FillAndExpand.…And for the vertical options, we'll just do Start.…Make sure that we get it where we want it,…we won't worry about expanding too much.…Now also got that rating property.…So I want to again bind that,…so now the property on the control is called Rating,…and the path to my object is Rating.…
And the mode is two-way, then I have the UpdateSourceEvent…name again, and for this control, that's RatingBarChange.…I just got that by going into the documentation…
