…One of the powerful capabilities of XSLT, is the ability to apply…style sheet templates, based upon the values of the incoming XML data.…And that's what we're going to look at in this example.…So in the example snippets, I've scrolled down to the conditional logic section.…Let's open up conditional_logic.xml. and conditional_logic.xslt.…Now,…this is the same xml file that we've been using in the previous examples.…There's an items root tag and each item underneath it.…
And we're going to using the conditional_logic style sheet.…That's this over here.…The contents of this should start to look familiar by now.…There's the stylesheet declaration, there's the…template which is matching the root of…the document, and here's the HTML that's going to be in the output.…Here's an XSL…for each tag which I introduced prior in the other lesson.…There's a select statement here which is using an xpath expression…to match All of the item tags that are in the document.…
So what we're going to do is apply…some conditional logic to the data in the document.…
