Why have paragraphs?

- So you may be sitting there wondering what's the point of having paragraphs at all. Why do we bother to break up our points into various sections called paragraphs now. What I want you to do is distinguish between the sections of the narrative and the paragraphs because they don't necessarily correspond. I mean you might have switches in paragraph within sections. In fact, you're most likely to because you don't wanna have a huge paragraph covering a whole section. Although, you can split it up that way if you want. Sometimes books do it that way. But most pieces of writing, particularly blogs, articles, things like that, you know essays, you don't want to be breaking off in just a section. So you need to understand what's the purpose of having paragraphs at all. And for me, it's about, again, you know, firstly comprehension, to help, having paragraph breaks helps to steer people through a narrative.
