- I'm so glad you could join me for this course. I've tried to pick the most direct ways to give your writing more oomph, but it's really just the tip of the iceberg. The study of writing is deep and broad, and what do you know, we can help with that. When I made this video, a search for writing returned over 30 courses. I'd separate them into three categories. First are those that teach the mechanics of writing, such as Grammar Foundations and Editing and Proofreading Made Simple. These are especially good if English isn't your native language or if you just want to feel more confident about the nuts and bolts. The second category is what I'd call inspirational. These teach real world skills, but in a more general way. This course fits that category, as do Writing with Flair and Writing in Plain English.
