Over the length of this course, you're gonna be bombarded with skills and tactics that may, to some of you, feel overwhelming at times. But you'll have to just trust me that the important stuff is gonna in and you will naturally find yourself becoming a better and better writer, with each new composition. It's important during this process of receiving that you're not tensed up. Also, once you're done with the course, don't become obsessed with making everything absolutely perfect all the time, because it can't usually happen. I've learned, as an editor, that you're not capable of making everything you write absolutely perfect. Even if that were possible, time doesn't allow it, usually.
