- So, now the draft is done. But the job's not over. Consider: Your white paper will become an official part of the organization's philosophy, ethos, and public face. It will affect people throughout the organization and anybody who had a part in making it happen. So it's only fair that they have a say in it. These are the stakeholders. Ideally, they've been involved in some way all the way from the beginning. This course is too short to describe how best to engage and manage others throughout a project. Fortunately, we have quite a few courses that'll help, such as Project Management Foundations. But let's take a quick look at some different kinds of stakeholders and what they're likely to want.
