(calm music) - [Instructor] Okay, so we've covered a lot of content. We've gone through a lot of hacks. Some were easier than others. Now I'll take this time to admit I'm not perfect. I slip from time to time, I don't always follow my morning magic routine, I don't always do my sacred writing ritual, I don't always wait until after I've written to check my phone. I'm only human. However, when I do, do all of these things, most of the time, like 95% of the time, they work wonders. They're pure magic, but sometimes they don't. Sometimes I have bad days, off days, stressful days, days when the words are harder to pull out than others. That's when I found this brain hack to come in handy. It's called ticking time bombs. I don't use this hack daily. You can, for sure, but I like to pull this hack out on special occasions. It's sort of my in-case-of-emergency hack.
