Just something quick that gets your heart pumping a little.…A few pushups, a few yoga sun salutations,…a brisk walk around the block, a burpee or two.…This step is like booting up your brain…computer's operating system.…It gets things running.…You can't use your brain computer…until after you've given it a chance to warm up,…so this is a chance to get some blood flowing…to the brain and get it thinking.…But remember, no TV, no radio, no emails,…no social media, no newspapers, no video games, no phones.…That's not how we turn on the brain,…
