(tranquil music) - The next brain hack and next step in our morning magic routine is something I call suit up. Yes, all of you How I Met Your Mother fans will approve. Another thing I used to do before I built my morning magic routine is I used to stay in my pajamas all day. I realize this may not be an option for some of you who have day jobs or school, or who take your kids to school or whatnot, but for me it was a very doable option. And I took advantage of it to the fullest. There would be days that would go by when I never ever changed out of my pajamas. I woke up, I worked in my pajamas, I ate in my pajamas, and then I went back to sleep in them. Particularly when I was on deadline and never leaving the house. One of the brain hacks I've discovered that has completely transformed my morning was the simplicity of changing clothes.
