- Okay, I'm going to give you a quick little bonus Ninja Writing trick here. It's about the concept of what I call symmetry. And symmetry is just bringing a certain balance to your writing. It's just a concept you should be aware of that you can apply and think about when you're writing something. Different ways that symmetry could be off, and one of the ones I see quite a bit is when you're writing something and you're shifting who the narrator of that piece is. This normally comes across in words like I, we, you, okay? We want to avoid too much of this jumping around. It's okay, you might do it deliberately. That's fine, with an awareness and consciousness about it. But I don't want you to sort of default into this disorganized thing when it comes to who the narrator is of this piece. For example, a really ugly way of saying this would be, "I really love this movie. "The 3D effects make us feel we are "actually there with the characters. "The ending is also fantastic, leaving one…
