Working with plugins

- Plugins are another area you can completely manage using WP CLI. And the list of sub commands are quite similar to theme. You can type WP, help plugin to get that list. We can activate deactivate, delete and get information about plugins as well as lots more. Again, let's start with WP plugin status. This will give us a list of all installed plug-ins active and inactive, and you can see that we have a new character here for you. The U in yellow tells us that we have a plugin that needs an update. If you want to get more information about a specific plugin you can type WP plugin get and then the slug. So let's look at the plugin that needs updating. We can see that the name is a give or the give donation plugin is currently on version 2.9 and it's currently active. We can also activate and deactivate plugins using the corresponding sub commands but there is a different command we can also use called toggle. This…
