- [Voiceover] If we all had computers with unlimited storage and bandwidth, we wouldn't need to worry about setting physical limits on storage. However, the reality is that storage and bandwidth are not free. They have to be paid for in real dollars and time to download. Encouraging users to be mindful of this only goes so far. When creating shared resources, we need to set realistic physical limits that can be adjusted as needed to ensure that all users maintain equal access to the resource. On a class multi-site network, the concern is generally not about the text-based posts or pages that will be created, but rather the files that get uploaded to the site for sharing. From your network settings page, scroll down to find the upload settings. The first item here can be used to set an overall limit on all files for any one site.
