Managing refunds

- [Instructor] Managing orders, printing shipping labels, and marking orders as complete is pretty straightforward, but sometimes you'll have a customer who wants a refund. And depending on the payment gateways you've set up, this can either be a snap or a pretty big pain. Let's take a look at an order that's marked complete. I'll go into 195 here. And if we scroll down, beneath the list of items, there is a small Refund button. Let's go and click that, and now we can choose which items we want to refund. What's a bit confusing about the current iteration is that the quantity, which was just a number originally has now changed to an input field. So we can choose how many of these we want to refund, so let's say someone wants to return five out of the six multivitamins. We can press Tab a few times and WooCommerce automatically calculates that we're going to refund them $54.16, and we can say, customer only wanted one.
