Creating a sitemap manually

- [Instructor] Now, it's rare that you would want to create your sitemap manually. However, there are a few instances by which this might make sense. Let's say that you have a static website. It rarely changes, and you want to eliminate the bloat that you're using within your plugins. So instead of using a WordPress plugin, you can manually generate a sitemap.xml file. Another common use case might be if you have multiple languages present within your website and you'd like to create sitemaps for each individual language and you don't have a plugin that has that functionality. In this case, you may have a XML sitemap automatically generated and then you may want to take that content and further develop it to have sitemaps for each language. If you'd like to manually create your sitemap, you can do so using a variety of tools. I'm choosing to use Screaming Frog SEO Crawler, and I'll start by typing in our URL at the top.…
