- [Instructor] Calendar functionality is another item figuring high on the list of Internet features. The purpose of the calendar will differ from organization to organization, but the overall idea is the same: to share a common calendar with relevant dates, times, and information. Depending on the existing workflow in your company, there are two basic models here. One, integrate with an online calendar system, like Google Calendar. Or two, host a dedicated calendar on the Internet. If you have existing Google Calendars and want to integrate them into the Internet site, my recommended plug-in is this one, Simple Calendar. It provides simple integration with Google Calendar and provides a seamless experience, both for administrators and users.
