Adding categories and tags
- [Narrator] You may have noticed that our product is uncategorized, or you may not see any category on the front end. One of the things that we can do to make our products more discoverable is to add categories and tags to help our user browse to the right product. For a store with a dozen or so products, you probably don't have to add categories and tags, but they're still useful, so I like to add them. If you have twenty or more products, I definitely recommend adding categories and tags. They really help people browse to the right product. Let's add a category for this product. We'll scroll down past our image and gallery, and we can see it's in the default category, Uncategorized. Let's click Add a new category. We'll call this "Supplements." And, if we wanted, we could add it to an existing category as a child category. And once our category appears here, we can uncheck Uncategorized, click Update, and now let's take a look at the front end. So we can see it's changed up here…
