- [Instructor] In this week's work tip I'd like to show you a little-used feature that can really come in handy, save you some time and effort when it comes to working on some of your longer documents. It's called split screen and allows you to work on two parts of your document at the same time. Let's see how it works here with our Best of Landon Hotel Guide document, 077 if you have the exercise files, or just follow along with one of your own longer documents. You can see this one is seven pages. Now, as you're scrolling down, you might want to be checking for consistency, are you using the same type of heading and formatting throughout? And if you're not, wouldn't it be nice to be able to take something from one part of your document and apply it to another without having to scroll through multiple pages?
