- [Jen] Hi my name is Jen McBee and I'm here to help you pass the Microsoft Office Specialist exam for Word 2016. I'm a Certified MOS Master Instructor and I've been mentoring students in Microsoft Word since 2006. We'll start with an overview of the different MOS certifications and how to prepare for the exam. Next we'll cover all of the objectives for the Word 2016 core exam. We'll review how to create and manage document styles and properties. We'll explore tips for formatting text, paragraphs, and sections. We'll look at creating tables and lists, creating and managing references such as endnotes and footnotes, and we'll master the art of inserting objects like SmartArt images and shapes.
I will give you opportunities for hands-on practice throughout the course and we'll finish with a full-length practice exam to test your skills and your speed. Thanks for joining me on this journey to certification.
