- [Narrator] When we create documents that we're going to share with others, we need to make sure that they are accessible to all. We're going to review the global content standards. The two that we're going to focus on are using Alt text, so that people who are blind or have low vision will be able to understand the document. We'll also look at how to translate our documents into other languages. We're going to be working with the 0503 Global Content document. Looking at our document, we do have a table that has our three veterinarians, and as I scroll down we also have a graphic of the heartworm life cycle. Now, if a user is vision impaired, and they have a reader reading the page to them, when the reader gets to this graphic, unless we insert Alt text, the reader will skip right over this.
