- [Narrator] The exercise files in this course are free for all members. Exercise files are provided so that you can follow along and get hands on practice with them. To start, you should download the exercise file package from the Lynda.com website to a location on your computer, such as the desktop, as I did here. When I open the folder, I see a series of chapter folders, and I'll tell you when to open a file so you can do the exercise with me. If you open a file during one of the videos, use Save As so you don't override the original file. If you accidentally override the file, you can always re-download the exercise files again from the Lynda.com website.
