- [Instructor] Most organizations have correspondence that is sent out periodically but with very little change from one instance to the next, for example, a monthly meeting reminder. The location might not change. The time might not change, but the date changes, or in this case, a letter that we're using that we will send out at different times, and one of the things that we'd like to do is allow the user to be prompted what's the date for this letter. So one choice is to actually add a field to our data source that is the date for the meeting, and that's one method, but it's not the best method. The best method is to allow the person who's doing the mail merge to fill in that information at runtime when they're processing the mail merge.
