Manage document versions
When you're working with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office automatically saves versions of your OneDrive documents, while you're working on them. Also, when you're working on a desktop version of Word 2019, Microsoft Office will automatically save the information in an AutoRecover file, just in case the document is closed without being saved. After watching this video, you will know how to configure your AutoRecover settings on your desktop version, how to manage OneDrive versions, and how to restore previous versions on your OneDrive. Let's first take a look at a document that is stored on OneDrive. Now if we look right at the top of this document, we'll see the name of the document, and also when this was last updated. Not when it was saved, but when someone last came in and made a change. And notice in the upper left-hand corner that auto-saved is turned on.
