- [Narrator] Now that you know how to insert additional entries into the AutoCorrect library, we're going to talk about how to insert special characters into the AutoCorrect library. And I'll also show you how you can set up keyboard shortcuts for your characters. We're going to learn about symbols that are available to us in Microsoft Word, and also the special characters. I have the 03_03 Exercise file open, so let's jump on in. Now on our cover page it would be nice if we had the trademark symbol after "Globe Bank International" so I'm going to go ahead and click at the end of that text. On your insert tab, way over on the right hand side of the ribbon, we have symbols that are available to us. I'm going to click the drop down menu. Now, Word will hold up to the last 20 symbols that you use, so this is extremely helpful because most of us have just a few that we use all the time.
